When will my credit card be billed?
If you placed an order before 5pm EST it will be processed overnight by the card processing company. The distributor will receive this the next morning. UPS Red overnight and UPS Blue orders are processed first and they are usually shipped on the same day, as long as the items are in stock. Out of stock items are sent to the secondary distributor for processing the following day and are usually shipped that day. All orders are not shipped the day the order is taken. Although, we have revolving stocks we cannot ensure availability of all items on any given day. But because we have 5 distributors we are seldom out of stock.

What if items I want are out of stock?
Our website is linked with inventory from the warehouse of our 5 distributors. Occasionally, items that are out of stock become automatically updated on the website and cannot be ordered.
On very rare occasions, items are ordered but go out of stock before they can be shipped. Fortunately, we have moltiple warehouses and with our backup inventory we can still ship your order. If your order is shipped from moltiple warehouses due to a back-order condition, you will not be billed extra for shipping.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?
We are a web-based business with offices at Ponte Vedra Beach, FL area. We do not have any physical store anywhere in the state and will never transact business with a walk-in customer. Can I make changes on an order I already placed?

Due to the volume of orders we receive everyday, after your order has been made it is not possible to make changes. This is because your card has already been authorized for a specific purchase or order, and/or the packing and shipping processes may have begun.
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only or for any shipping errors made by us. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30-day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please Contact Us.
If instructions on this page are not followed you may not be refunded or may incur a 25% restocking fee. Without written prior approval Liberty Interactive Inc. does not reimburse return shipping costs. In the event we reimburse shipping cost, it shoold not exceed your original shipping cost. My credit card was charged but I have not received my order. What do I do?
If a customer reports that their card has been charged, but there is a discrepancy and our records show it was declined, the customer MUST fax a copy of the transaction showing on their debit or credit card statement, along with a note of explanation and invoice number for review. What if the package containing my order has been tampered with?

Our boxes are sealed shut with plain brown packing tape. If you receive a package that looks like it has been opened and resealed with clear packing tape, this means your order has been tampered with while in possession of UPS. If you like, you can refuse delivery from UPS and then contact us for refund or exchange. You may accept the package as it might be fine, but if not, we can still help you, but please understand that problems with that order are probably the fault of UPS and not us. (This rule may not apply to items with a product number that starts with "cnv" as those are shipped from different locations that may or may not use brown packing tape)

By tracking online you can get your UPS or USPS tracking number. Contact UPS or US Mail with your tracking number to see if they have information on when your package will arrive.

Returns
For sanitary/hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). You must contact us at returns@sextoyenjoyment.com for an RMA. Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days after RMA is issued to the address we will provide you. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please contact us.

We have tens of thousands of products on our site. Some of the products have measurements and some do not. We will not issue a refund for a product without measurements due to the size. Please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order.
In your return package please include:

Are my orders mailed from different locations?
We have moltiple distributors so your order may come separately depending on availability of items coming from a given distributor. Your order is automatically forwarded to the next warehouse in line until your complete order has shipped. You do not pay additional shipping if your order has to ship from more than one warehouse due to a back-order condition.

What delivery company does your company use?
To mail your orders, we use USPS Priority Mail and UPS for orders within the United States. International carriers may vary, as we can only ensure time and date of delivery but not specific shipping companies or courier services. We do not accept COD orders.

When is my order mailed?
In the last few years we’ve been in business, if the order is submitted Sunday through Thursday before our 8:30 pm est deadline, 98% of the time orders are shipped the next business day. The remaining 2% were not shipped because of bad weather.The warehouses are closed and we do not ship on weekends. Also, UPS express shipping methods do not deliver on weekends, and cannot guarantee delivery for express methods around major holidays, and in the case of bad weather.
Please note that the shipping options you choose take effect on the day the item ships, not the day you order. For example, if you order an item on a Friday or a Saturday, the next business day (normally, with the exception of a Monday Holiday) woold be Monday. If you pay for next day shipping, you shoold receive it by Tuesday.
In some cases, the item you order may be out of stock. We will forward your order to our other warehouses as quickly as possible. This happens rarely, but due to fluctuating stock levels of popolar products, we try to forward your order to the warehouse best able to folfill your order.
We cannot control delivery errors, especially if your address is not 100% complete. Please make sure all delivery addresses are legible and valid.

What do I need to know if I’m an International Customer?
Before you place an order please refer to your country’s Department of Customs and importation laws, guidelines, roles and/or regolations that may pertain to duty taxes and-or allowable items. Liberty Interactive, Inc. is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection. In such an instance, you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.

What do I need to know if I’m a military personnel?
All orders are shipped via US Mail to all military addresses per military regolations. We use USPS Priority Mail
Shipping. Delivery usually takes somewhere between 1-3 weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot ship via UPS.
All mail addressed to military post offices overseas is subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing
regarding content, preparation, and handling. Please refer to the APO/FPO table and the RESTRICTIONS at the url: Overseas Military Mail Table - Changes and Active APO/FPO Table Including Military Mailing Restrictions
It outlines these conditions by APO/FPO ZIP Codes through the use of footnoted mailing restrictions codes (see the Restrictions page following the table).

order by military customs if it does not pass inspection. In such an instance, you will not be refunded. The
